Waldo County Superior Court, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court June 11-25.

    Byrlynne D. Ellis, 36, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 15, 23 days in jail.

    Adam W. Gray, 27, of Swanville, probation violation in Belfast Feb. 2, 2012, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Brittany J. Heath, 22, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Dec. 8, 2013, $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Stockton Springs Dec. 8, 2013, dismissed.

    Jessica M. Hustus, 23, of Swanville, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast June 3, 2014, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Joshua Kiesman, 19, of Winterport, possessing sexually explicit material in Winterport Aug. 1, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 in Winterport Sept. 24, dismissed.

    Vicky Leclerc, 24, of Van Buren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport May 1, 2012, two years in prison and probation revoked.

    Holly Jo Ward, 41, of Belmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 5, six months in jail, one year of probation and $400 fine.
