BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court April 29 - May 14. 

Ryan Drake, 36, of Troy, probation violation in Unity June 15, 2013, 39 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Robert S. Drinkwater Sr., 49, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Sept. 8, 2004, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Benjamin S. Foster, 33, of Searsport, probation violation in Waldo Nov. 1, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Lyle H. Littlefield, 29, of Swanville, theft by receiving stolen property in Northport Feb. 26, 2014, six months, ten days in jail and $500 restitution. 

Katherine Manchester, 28, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 23, six months in jail. 

Ronnie McBreairty, 32, of Machiasport, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Dec. 13, 60 days in jail. 

Marina Saravia, 54, of Golden Valley, Ariz., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Sept. 26, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine and $400 restitution; illegal transportation of scheduled drugs in Searsport Sept. 26, dismissed. 

Jerold Garland Wilson III, 24, of Burnham, domestic violence reckless conduct in Burnham Dec. 2, nine months in jail with all but 14 days suspended and one year of probation; assault in Burnham Dec. 2, 14 days in jail and $300 fine.
