Waldo County Superior Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court April March 27 - April 7.

    David Barton, 54, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Liberty Dec. 24, 18 months in prison with all but five months, 15 days suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years and $1,100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty Dec. 24, dismissed.

    Travis N. Carson, 40, of Brooks, criminal mischief in Thorndike May 10, $300 fine; aggravated assault in Thorndike May 10, dismissed. 

    Latisha L. Cook, 20, of Belmont, aggravated criminal trespass in Belmont June 14, dismissed; aggravated assault in Belmont June 14, dismissed. 

    Robert B. Cyphers III, 24, of Montville, forgery in Northport Sept. 12, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport Sept. 12, 60 days in jail and $1,278 restitution. 

    Jonathan E. Davis, 32, of Buxton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled rugs in Knox Dec. 9, 2013, eight years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking in drugs in Knox Dec. 9, 2013, dismissed; operating under the influence in Knox Dec. 9, 2013, dismissed. 

    Steven Galati, 46, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 29, four years in prison with all but three months suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine. 

    Christopher D. Giggey, 37, of Knox, aggravated assault in Unity Nov. 16, three years in prison with all but six month suspended and two years of probation; criminal mischief in Unity Nov. 16, dismissed; violating a protective order in Knox Dec. 3, six months in jail; violating condition of release in Knox Dec. 3, six months in jail. 

    John H. Howard Jr., 39, of Augusta, burglary in Belfast June 25, 2009, five years in prison all suspended, two years of probation and $5,948.97 restitution. 

    Edwin Y. Morris IV, 31, of Benton, burglary in Unity Nov. 26, 2009, nine months in prison. 

    Thomas Reynolds, 50, of McDonald, Pa., illegal transportation of scheduled drugs in Searsport Sept. 26, 22 months in prison and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Sept 26, 22 months in prison and $400 fine. 

    Windi St. Thomas, 36, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Feb. 27, 2014, four years in prison all suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; probation violation in Lincolnville Jan. 10, 2013, 24 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Angela Webster, 39, of Newcastle, theft by deception in Belfast June 9, 2013, dismissed.
