Waldo County Superior Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Sept. 19 – Oct.2.

    Ryan Drake, 35, of Troy, stalking (serious inconvenience/emotional distress) in Unity June 15, 2013, 364 days in jail with all but 88 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Kellie A. Howie, 19, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 30, seven days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Belfast July 30, dismissed.

    David Martinez, 41, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 22, $750 fine.

    Latisha Robert, 27, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast June 22, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast June 22, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation; criminal mischief in Belfast June 22, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation.

    Joshua R. Sheridan, 28, of St. Albans, theft by receiving stolen property in Unity Nov. 6, 2012, $500 fine; theft by receiving stolen property in Unity Nov. 6, 2012, dismissed.

    Lisha R. Stanley, 31, of Troy, failing to report in Belfast March 3, 2013, 60 days in jail.

    Shelby L. Tapley, 19, of Waldo, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Swanville March 28, two years in prison with all but 28 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Swanville March 28, dismissed.

    Bethany Wickham, 38, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast March 15, 48 hours in jail; assault on an officer in Belfast March 15, dismissed; obstructing government administration in Belfast March 15, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in (refusing to stop) Belfast March 15, 48 hours in jail.
