Baldwin, 39, of South China, domestic violence assault in Palermo Jan. 15, 2013, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Palermo Aug. 2, 2013, dismissed; escape in Palermo Aug. 2, 2013, dismissed; allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Palermo Jan. 15, 2013, dismissed; sexual abuse of a minor in Palermo Oct. 1, 2012, dismissed.

    David A. Bardsley III, 29, of Newport, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Brooks Nov. 7, 2013, 364 days in prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation; unlawful trafficking in schedule drugs in Brooks Nov. 7, 2013, dismissed.

    Teresa Barnes, 27, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 27, 2013, dismissed.

    Donna J. Boulter, 36, of Knox, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Knox Oct.3, 2012m $100 fine.

    Jeremy Brown, 29, of Waterville, probation violation in Palermo July 22, 2007, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Haden F. Campbell, 22, of Swanville, burglary in Waldo Aug. 26, 2012, dismissed.

    Michael Cunningham, 47, of Northport, violating condition of release in Northport Dec. 19, 2013, five months in jail.

    Robert M. Cushman, 49, of Belmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Aug. 29, 2012, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belmont Aug. 29, 2012, dismissed.

    Deborah A. Degiovanni, 6, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Winterport July 23, 2012, $500 fine; criminal threatening in Winterport July 23, 2012, $250 fine.

    Robert P. Dunn III, 44, of Bangor, negotiating a worthless instrument in Prospect Dec. 17, 2013, $500 fine.

    Edward E. Edmonds Jr., 45, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Monroe March 28, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Amy Fairbrother, 29, of Stockton Springs, theft by deception in Winterport June 25, 2011, dismissed.

    Patrick C. Mackley, 27, of Benton, probation violation in Unity Aug. 31, 2012, 364 days in prison with all but 25 days suspended and one year or probation.

    Leonard E. Maker, 43, of Northport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Searsmont Sept 20, 2013, 30 days in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Searsmont Sept. 20, 2013, two years in prison with all but 57 days suspended and two years of probation; reckless conduct in Searsmont Sept. 20, 2013, dismissed.

    Alfred A. Miliano, 62, of Swanville, driving to endanger in Searsport Sept. 12, 2013, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; reckless conduct in Searsport Sept. 12, 2013, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Searsport Sept. 12, 2013, dismissed.

    Angela Queener, 28, of Unity, probation violation in Unity April 12, 2012, five years in prison with all but one years suspended, two years of probation, $2,224.02 restitution and $400 fine.

    Matthew C. Reed, 30, of Bucksport, failing to report in Belfast Jan. 10, three months in jail.

    Scott S. Swift, 27, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast May 2, 2012, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine and $160 restitution.

    Michael Turner, 54, of Albion, negotiating a worthless instrument in Monroe Sept. 8, 2011, $500 fine; negotiating a worthless instrument in Monroe Sept. 8, 2011, dismissed.

    Jonathan E. Ward, 37, of Belfast, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast July 23, 2013, two years in prison all suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast July 24, 2013, $1,000 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 23, 2013, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 24, 2013, dismissed.
