On Nov. 11, at approximately 1:45 p.m., a 27-year-old woman was jogging along the side of the Boston Road in Winterport when she was struck in the hip by a passing car. The jogger suffered an ankle injury and was transported from the scene to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor by the Winterport Ambulance.

The injured jogger described the vehicle that struck her as a small gray-colored car operated by what appeared to be a younger driver with short hair.
