    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 14-27. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Oct. 14

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer vs. vehicle accident on Route 3 in Palermo. The driver and two passengers were all uninjured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

    Oct. 20

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer vs. vehicle accident on Route 3 in Searsmont. The driver was uninjured and the vehicle sustained functional damage.

    Oct. 21

    Dakota Raven, 21, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on Bangor Road in Unity, and issued summonses for operating without a license, and attaching false plates. Raven was also issued summonses for criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Morse Road in Montville.

    Oct. 23

    Leopold F. Signon, 52, of Hampden, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Cove Road in Winterport.

    Oct. 25

    Kirt J. Damon Jr., 28, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.

    Laudelino S. Cruz, 58, of West Rockport, was arrested for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child (two charges) on Route 1 in Belfast.
