BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 22 - Feb. 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Jan. 15 (late entry)

Edwin J. Webb, 53, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Stream Road in Winterport.

Jan. 22

Harold B. Braley, 45, of Morrill, was issued summonses for falsifying physical evidence, and criminal mischief on Higgins Hill Road in Morrill.

Jan. 25

Christopher Whitcomb, 38 of Belmont, was arrested for aggravated assault on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.

Philip A. Little, 36, of Belmont, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.

Jan. 29

Courtney N. Gibbs, 21, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.

Feb. 2

Joshua Locke, 27, was arrested for failure to pay fines.

Feb. 3

Elisabeth Bormet, 33, of Morrill, was arrested for unpaid fines.

Feb. 4

Ernestine L. Pratt, 44, of South China, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3 in Liberty.
