    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 17-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.  

    Feb. 13 (late entry)

    Kate M. Willis, 30, of Dover Foxcroft, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.

    Feb. 17

    April Pattershall, 32, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for criminal trespass. 

    Feb. 21

    Christopher C. Day, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Road South in Frankfort. 

    Feb. 23

    Devin B. Richards, 22, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for failure to produce a license on Route 173 in Searsmont.

    Deputy Jordan Tozier responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Route 173 in Searsmont, where the operator exited the roadway after turning to find something in their glove-compartment. After exiting the roadway the vehicle traveled up a snow embankment and flipped onto its side. The vehicle was towed and there were no injuries.
