BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity April 11-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

April 11

Douglas H. Penney, 44, of Unity, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

April 13

Kyle J. Anderson, 20, of Unity, was issued summonses for possession of liquor by a minor and driving to endanger on Unity Road in Thorndike.

April 14

Levi M. Carroll, 36, of Swanville, was arrested for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (oxycodone).

April 17

Peter A. Fuller, 31, of Montville, was issued a summons for an operator consuming alcohol on Purple Heart Road in Brooks.

Christopher A. Brillard, 30, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Bangor Road in Unity.

April 19

Jacob T. Guggisberg, 20, of Walpole, N.H., was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor via consumption.

Gabriel H. Hodgkins, 35, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone on North Main Street in Winterport.

April 20

Adam Powell, 18, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification and unauthorized use of property.

Adam J. Fitzherbert, 49, of Surry, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.
