Waldo County Sheriff’s Office beat: trespassing, operating under the influence, domestic violence

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity July 13 – July 25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 4 (late entries)

    Timothy E. Dyer, 33, of Jackson, was issued summonses for domestic violence assault, domestic violence obstructing the report of a crime, domestic violence terrorizing and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

    Mark E. Tibbetts, 41, of Appleton, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days).

    July 5 (late entries)

    Anthony R. Allen, 22, of Belmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Daniel L. Gage, 38, of Unity, was issued summonses for operating under the influence on Depot Street in Unity, driving to endanger and endangering the welfare of a child.

    July 10

    Crystal D. Philbrook, 32, of Swanville, was issued summonses for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker and operating with studded snow tires out of season.

    Anson Bell, 57, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Beach Road in Lincolnville.

    July 13

    Chesley Williams , 25, of Palermo, was arrested for failure to appear.

    Timothy J. Adkins, 40, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Joseph W. Albert, 53, of Plymouth, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Moosehead Trail Highway.

    Tabitha M. Ward, 30, of Jackson, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Moosehead Trail Highway.

    July 14

    Thorin J. Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for domestic violence criminal mischief.

    Sabrina B. Stewart, 26, of Troy, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault.

    Lori A. Thurston, 29, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    July 16

    Quincy R. Bowden, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal speeding on Belfast Road in Lincolnville.

    Darren Haarriman, 19, of Searsport, was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor via consumption.

    Deputy Daniel Thompson responded to the scene of a deer v. car accident on Troy Road in Burnham. The driver was uninjured.

    Joseph J. Debeck, 33, of Pittsfield, was arrested for assault and criminal trespass on Mount Road in Burnham.

    Mark Perry, 32, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Northport.

    July 17

    Katie Dodge, 35, of Lincolnville, was arrested for failure to pay restitution.

    July 18

    Christina Patten, 24, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to pay fines and/or fees.

    Jennifer Hunt, 39, of Burnham, was arrested for unpaid fines and/or fees and failure to appear on a subpoena.

    July 19

    Randy Alexander, 45, of Unity, was arrested for two charges of failure to appear.

    July 20

    Christopher M. King, 26, of Searsport, was issued summonses for aggravated criminal trespass on North Trotting Park Street in Montville, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, assault and terrorizing.

    July 23

    Janessa Fisk, 24, of Searsport, was arrested for aggravated assault and violating conditions of release.

    Nicolas Moll, 31, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence on East Waldo Road in Waldo, operating without a license (beyond restriction), disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

    July 24

    Samantha Herrmann, 28, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for speeding 70 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 7 in Brooks.
