Waldo County Sheriff’s Office beat: robbery, assault, OUI

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 7-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Dec. 31 (late entry)

    Rebecca M. Twaddel, 29, of Camden, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 52 in Lincolnville.  

    Jan. 7

    Robert E. Morgan, 50, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belfast Road in Lincolnville.

    Jan. 9

    Shawn N. Gerry, 49, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act on Atlantic Highway in Northport.

    Jan. 10

    Miranda L. Penney, 25, of Knox, was issued summonses for criminal mischief and domestic violence assault on Gordon Hill in Thorndike.

    Jan. 11

    Heather J. Underhill, 30, of Union, was arrested for operating under the influence and violation of conditions of release on Route 1 in Lincolnville.

    Jan. 12

    Tiffany Hart, 29, of Waldo, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Route  137 in Waldo. She was also issued a summons for operating after suspension.

    Jan. 14

    Joseph A. Balla, 25, of Jackson, was arrested for robbery, criminal threatening, and assault on Bog Road in Jackson.

    Samuel D. Lear, 21, of Jackson, was arrested for robbery, criminal threatening, and assault on Bog Road in Jackson.

    Charles I. Haskins, 22, of Jackson, was arrested for robbery, criminal threatening, and assault on Bog Road in Jackson.

    Jan. 18

    Amber Jerome, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1 in Northport. She was also issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) and operating after suspension.
