Waldo County Sheriff’s Office beat: criminal mischief

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 12-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    May 6 (late entry)

    Matthew A. Saball, 27, of Unity, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Albion Road in Unity. 

    May 9 (late entry)

    Tiffany S. Brown, 21, of Windsor, Conn., was issued a summons for assault in Unity.

    May 12

    Robert Cohen, 29, of Unity, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Killdeer Drive in Unity.

    May 14

    Matthew R. Gibson, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation on Lincolnville Avenue. 

    Noah J. Mushero, 31, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for assault on Treat Point Road in Frankfort.

    May 16

    Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Route 1 in Frankfort. The operator reportedly fell asleep while behind the wheel, causing the 2001 Toyota to veer right before travling into a ditch. The driver attempted to correct the vehicle after waking up, causing it to roll onto the roof. The driver was uninjured and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
