BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 3-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Scott A. Edmands, 45, of Troy, was issued a summons for assault on Woodpecker Drive in Troy.

David J. Smith, 48, of Unity, was arrested for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and assault on Bangor Road in Unity.
