    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 7-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Aug. 7

    Rodney G. Triplet, 62, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for expired registration (50-120 days), operating after suspension, failure to provide proof of insurance, and an inspection sticker violation on Morrill Road in Belmont.

    Aug. 8

    Sean P. Hagan-Manning, 21, of Rockland, was issued a summons for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belfast Road in Northport.

    Aug. 9

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of a Belmont convenience store. The operator of a 2013 Ford was backing out of a parking space and failed to see a vehicle traveling behind them, which they struck on the passenger side door. The driver of the Ford was uninjured, and the vehicle sustained minor damage. The other vehicle, a 2010 Chevrolet, sustained functional damage, and the driver and passenger were both uninjured. Neither vehicle was towed.

    Aug. 12

    Alan Clark, 49, of Belfast, was arrested for noncompliance of a contempt order.

    Sky M. Lonsdale, 25, of Searsport, was issued a summons for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone on North Searsport Road in Swanville.

    Aug. 13

    Michael J. Redding, 28, of Brooks, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street in Belfast.

    Aug. 14

    Brandon Robillard, 28, of Morrill, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, domestic violence assault, and unauthorized use of property.
