BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 19-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Jan. 20

Nathan L. Nolting, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph zone on Weymouth Road in Morrill. 

Ronald E. Fogg, 58, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 131 in Searsmont.

Nicholas R. Moll, 32, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Waldo Avenue in Belfast.

Jan. 22

Clinton C. Elwell, 33, of Brooks, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Long Hill Highway in Brooks.

Branden Ricker, 36, of Jackson, was arrested for violating conditions of release at Waldo County Jail in Belfast.

Michael F. Dunn, 57, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for speeding 66 mph in a  45 mph zone on Belfast Road in Northport.
