    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 7-13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 7 (late entry)

    Cyrus M. Beyer, 19, of Concord, Mass., was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor via consumption at Unity College in Unity.

    April 7

    Juan G. Melero, 56, of Lancaster, Pa., was arrested for operating under the influence on New England Road in Searsmont.

    April 9

    Dereck Maxcy, 37, of Winterport, was arrested for criminal mischief on Commercial Street in Unity.

    Deputy David Wight responded to the scene of a deer versus vehicle accident on Route 1 in Stockton Springs. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage and the driver was uninjured.

    April 10

    Tanya Williams, 53, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Works Road in Jackson.

    Deputy David Wight responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on North Searsport Road in Swanville. The operator was uninjured and the vehicle sustained minor damage.

    April 11

    Daniel L. Leonard, 39, of Liberty, was issued a summons for speeding 40 mph in a 15 mph zone on West Main Street in Liberty.
