Waldo County Grand Jury Indictments: unlawful drug possession, theft, operating under the influence

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 15 indictments July 13. Of the 15 indictments, a majority of the cases involve unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Justin B. Canning, 32, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

    Wayne A. Curtis, 28, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

    Nathaniel G. Grass, 31 of Belmont, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

    Adam M. Gray, 33, of Bucksport, theft by unauthorized taking (two counts).

    Gary Gundon, 59, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

    Astin L. Merry, 31, of Searsport, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs.

    Richard L. Peavey Jr., 40, of Brooks, domestic violence terrorizing, violation of condition of release and disorderly conduct.

    Robert W. Rankin, 26, of Lincolnville, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking.

    Michelle Reynolds, 25, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and falsifying physical evidence.

    Kevin R. Scott, 46, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, violation of condition of release and criminal forfeiture (two counts).

    Tori N. Walton, 23, of Searsport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and falsifying physical evidence.

    Jonathan E. Ward, 39, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

    Chris P. Gidney, 43, of Palermo, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, and refusing to submit to arrest.

    Timothy L. Brown II, 35, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
