    BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments July 12. An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Joey A. Philbrook, 31, of Freedom, operating after revocation in Freedom May 4.

    Aaron L. Gibbs,  41, of Stockton Springs, operating after revocation in Unity March 5.

    David W. Knowlton, 53, of Swanville, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory in Swanville June 15; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Swanville June 15.

    Jacob M. Webber, 27, of Swanville, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory in Swanville June 15; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Swanville June 15.

    Devon A. Palmer, 21, of Appleton, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast April 21; criminal forfeiture in Belfast April 21.

    James P. Sirois, 39, of Frenchville, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast April 22.

    James D. Kalenderian, 31, of Providence, R.I., aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 22; criminal forfeiture in Belfast April 22.

    Amber M. Nayock, 29, of Burnham, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory in Burnham March 18; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Burnham March 18.

    Joshua C. Stacey, 36, of Jackson, criminal operating under the influence in Belfast June 25; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Jackson June 25; violation of condition of release in Belfast June 25.

    Shelly A. Trisch, 39, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 28.

    Daniel A. Armstrong, 38, of Northport, operating after revocation in Belfast May 19.

    Elizabeth Cunningham, 28, of Searsport, theft by deception in Searsport March 16, 2016, through Aug. 6, 2016; theft by deception in Searsport Jan. 8 - Feb. 4.

    Jason C. Moulton, 34, of Searsport, kidnapping in Belfast May 16; aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast May 16; violation of a protective order in in Belfast May 16; domestic violence assault in Belfast May 16; violation of condition of release in Belfast May 16.

    William R. Johnson, 34, of Stockton Springs, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Stockton Springs May 10; aggravated operation of a methamphetamine laboratory in Stockton Springs May 7; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs May 7.

    Jason S. Roberts, 36, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Searsport May 4 and 10; violation of condition of release (two counts) in Searsport May 4 and 10; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Searsport May 10; criminal forfeiture (two counts) in Searsport May 10; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast April 21; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast April 21; criminal forfeiture in Belfast April 21.

    Gregory Thompson, 53, of Waldo, unlawful sexual contact in Waldo Sept. 15, 2004; unlawful sexual contact in Waldo from 2006-2008; gross sexual assault in Waldo in 2008; unlawful sexual touching in Waldo June 15, 2009; unlawful sexual touching in Waldo Sept. 15, 2010.

    Kari M. Drake, 39, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking in Belfast Dec. 12.

    Marshal Crockett, 22, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Stockton Springs April 15; domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon in Stockton Springs April 15; domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Stockton Springs April 15; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs April 15; obstructing the report of a crime in Stockton Springs April 15.

    Jason I. Young, 43, of Swanville, aggravated assault in Swanville July 1; domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Swanville July 1; domestic violence assault in Swanville July 1; criminal mischief in Swanville July 1.
