BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 26 indictments May 11-12. Of the 26 indictments, a majority of the cases involve unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. An indictment does not imply guilt.

Ira H. Bailey, 33, of Northport, failure to comply with duty under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1999.

Luke Wessely, 18, of Winterport, aggravated assault (two counts), and violation of condition of release.

Robert L. Tucker, 46, of North Anson, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Arthur A. Stevens, 59, of Swanville, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), and criminal forfeiture.

Scott D. Saucier, 49, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Heidi A. Resh, 35, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Gregory Grass, 55, of Belmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Haden F. Campbell, 24, of Searsport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Gregory J. Bean, 35, of Brooks, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Zachary Magee, 29, of Belfast, aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Ryan S. Weaver, 34, of Monroe, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Kyle J. Weeks, 27, of Waterville, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts).

John R. Larrabee, 37, of Belfast, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, criminal operating under the influence, improper plates and violation of condition of  release.

Theodore R. Mcleod, 31, of Hermon, aggravated criminal trespass, assault and criminal mischief (two counts).

Melissa J. Collamore, 49, of Pittsfield, negotiating a worthless instrument.

Dustin Herbest, 32, of Winterport, failure to comply with duty under SORNA of 1999.

Zachary M. Littlefield, criminal operating under the influence, eluding an officer, criminal speed, driving to endanger and operating after suspension.

Mark A. Noyes, 64, of Montville, failure to comply with duty under SORNA Act of 1999.

David A. Giguere, 50, of Jackson, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief.

Ashley K. Miller, 24, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Daniel C. Breen, 34, of Tenants Harbor, failure to comply with duty under SORNA of 2013 and operating after suspension.

Edward R. Mylen III, 36, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and aggravated operation of a methamphetamine laboratory.

Michael J. Redding, 27, of Belfast, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Krystyl Robbins, 23, of Belfast, aggravated operation of a methamphetamine laboratory, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts).

James A. Scheider, 40, of Northport, aggravated operation of a methamphetamine laboratory.
