Waldo County Grand Jury indictments: drug offenses, OUI, arson, domestic violence

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 15 indictments Jan. 11. An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Anthony J. Holden, 35, of Detroit, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

    Monique L. Holden, 32, of Troy, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

    Joshua W. Davis, 29, of Palermo, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

    Austin E. Hannington, 24, of Swanville, criminal operating under the influence; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation.

    Devon H. Richards, 21, of Waldo, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

    Justin T. Henderson, 28, of Troy, receiving stolen property; aggravated assault; domestic violence assault; operating after suspension.

    Shawn D. Kivlin, 41, of Belfast, aggravated assault; domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon; domestic violence assault (two counts); domestic violence terrorizing.

    Deborah A. Degiovanni, 63, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass; assault.

    James K. Kuhn, criminal use of explosives; reckless conduct; endangering the welfare of a child.

    Andrew M. Sousa, 32, of Brooks, arson; criminal cruelty to animals.

    James R. Witham, 26, of Belfast, domestic violence assault; assault; trafficking in prison contraband; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

    Paul S. Andrews, 33, of Jackson, gross sexual assault (13 counts); aggravated assault.

    Danielle Swett, 27, of Benton, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs; conspiracy to commit.

    Emily R. Gillotti, 22, of Frankfort, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs; conspiracy to commit; criminal forfeiture.

    Marc S. Gatullo, 29, of Brewster, N.Y., aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs; aggravated importation of drugs; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs; illegal importation of scheduled drugs; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
