Waldo County Grand Jury indictments: assault, criminal mischief

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 14 indictments Jan. 12. Of the 14 indictments, a majority of the cases involve assault and criminal mischief. An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Austin W. Ashmore, 18, of Orland, eluding an officer, criminal speed, driving to endanger, failure to stop for an officer, and violating conditions of release.

    Scott R. Chapman, 44, of Norton, Mass., criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, terrorizing, and assault.

    Sarah C. Double, 25, of Bangor, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and criminal mischief.

    Shawn M. Gantnier, 27, of Belfast, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.

    Richard D. Grey, 28, of Ashland, gross sexual assault.

    Paul F. Hustus II, 22, of Troy, aggravated assault.

    Paul J. Jean, 50, of Belfast, operating after revocation.

    Tyler Redman, 20, of Swanville, gross sexual assault.

    Branden H. Ricker, 37, of Jackson, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, receiving stolen property, and violating conditions of release.

    Robert Rosebush, 46, of Winterport, gross sexual assault, tampering with a victim.

    Richard Herbest-Rosenberg, 84, of Lincolnville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts).

    Arthur E. Williams, 23, of Brooks, gross sexual assault, aggravated assault, and domestic violence assault.

    Renee M. Lewis, 43, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts).

    Tyson S. Servisky, 27, of Brooks, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, and violating conditions of release.
