BIDDEFORD — After winning the 11- and 12-year-old district baseball crown, Waldo County hit the road to Biddeford for the state tournament, only to be eliminated after two contests. 

In the first contest July 18, Bronco Little League bested Waldo County 8-0 sending them to the loser’s bracket. 

In an elimination game July 20, Waldo County was eliminated after falling to Saco 12-0. 

No other game details were available. 

Team members for Waldo County included Christopher Kelly, Donnie Resh, Colby Snow, Isiah Runci, Riley Boulay, Dylan Abbott, Charlie Spiegel, Anthony Sanbord, Dagen Moody, Vincent Bonnarigo, Tanner Veilleux and Anfernee Glidden. The coaches were Mike Abbott, Luke Boulay and Travis Veilleux.
