    Jeffrey Aaron Butler, 30, of Belfast, burglary in Belfast in Belfast April 1, four years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast, March 22, four years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast, April 1, four years in prison and $116.50 restitution; burglary in Belfast, March 22, four years in prison.

    Randall E. Carl, 47, of Montville, aggravated cruelty to animals in Troy Feb. 12, 2009, seven days in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Christopher Coyle, 54, of Lincolnville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Lincolnville Nov. 12, 2012, eight months in jail and $1,000 fine; attaching false plates in Lincolnville, Nov. 12, 2012, 30 days in jail.

    Jonathan C. Curit, 32, of Unity, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Feb. 1, 60 days in jail and $1,000 fine.

    Constance M. Ethier, 44, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 19, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Daniel Green, 27, of Waterville, burglary in Unity March 5, one year in prison; robbery in Unity March 5, five years in prison and $1,150 restitution.

    James A. Hills, 25, of Shrewsbury, Mass., disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville, Jan. 4, 2012, $300 fine; criminal use of explosives in Swanville, Jan. 4, 2012, dismissed; reckless conduct in Swanville, Jan. 4, 2012, seven days in jail and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Searsport, Feb. 3, seven days in jail and $300 fine; violating conditions of release in Searsport, Feb. 3, dismissed.

    Wayne R. Hutchinson, 41, of Searsport, forgery in Swanville, March 11, two years in prison with all but 40 days suspended, two years of probation and $2,780 restitution.

    Dorathy Paige Lanctot, 19, of Skowhegan, criminal conspiracy in Unity March 5, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity March 5, 30 days in jail; burglary in Unity, March 5, dismissed; robbery in Belfast March 5, dismissed.

    Justin M. Landry, 24, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport, March 30, six months in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle in Winterport, March 30, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Winterport, March 30, six months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport, March 30, six months in jail and $1,000 fine.

    Kerston E. Lane, 36, of Brooks, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Jackson, Jan. 30, 60 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Kyle Lovely, 23, of Pittsfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham, April 12, 30 days in jail; burglary in Burnham, April 12, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation and $149.34; violating conditions of release in Burnham, April 12, dismissed.

    Anthony D. Mangin, 36, of Augusta, assault in Palermo, June 20, $750 fine; domestic violence assault in Palermo, June 20, dismissed.

    William G. Mattingly, 31, of Troy, burglary in Troy, June 10, 2009, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation and $7,603 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy, July 28, dismissed.

    Jonathan Miller, 25, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast April 22, three years in prison will all but six months suspended and two years of probation.

    Jesse C. Newton, 25, of Waldo, criminal use of explosives in Swanville, Jan. 4, 2012, six months in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Waldo, Jan. 5, 2012, $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Waldo Nov. 25, 2012, six months in jail; violating conditions of release in Waldo Nov. 25, 2012, six months in jail; violating a protective order in Waldo Nov. 25, 2012.

    Roger Nielsen, 67, of Monroe, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Monroe, Nov. 16, 2012, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Monroe, Nov. 16, 2012, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine.

    Scott M. Philbrook, 40, of Swanville, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs, Feb. 13, $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs, Feb. 13, $400 fine.

    Vaughn Pierce, 32, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham, Jan. 28, 2012, $500 fine.

    Gary L. Porter, 57, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson, Oct. 16, 2012, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Oct. 16, 2012, dismissed.

    Allen R. Randall, 51, of Winterport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport, Feb. 6, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Winterport, Feb. 6, dismissed.

    Alicia M.     Windi St. Thomas, 34, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Jan. 10, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine and $100 restitution.
