    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Criminal Court Jan. 12-25.

    James R. Littlefield, 47, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Lincolnville May 28, 45 days in jail and $500 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belmont July 16, 45 days in jail and $500 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Dec. 8, 45 days in jail and $500 fine.

    Kyle K. White, 25, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Jan. 30, 2015, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Gail M. Sawyer, 71, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast June 25, 2016, dismissed.

    Austin Hannington, 25, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Dec. 8, 2016, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Dec. 8, 2016, dismissed.

    Caron Z. Dionisio, 22, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 4, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 4, dismissed.

    Amber M. Nayock, 30, of Skowhegan, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Burnham March 18, two years in prison with all suspended, 18 months of probation and $400 fine; operating a methamphetamine laboratory in Burnham March 18, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Burnham March 18, dismissed.

    Michael A. Grant, 19, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville June 9, dismissed.

    Robert Knight, 31, of Morrill, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Dec. 23, 2016, $200 fine and $291.90 restitution.

    Aimee E. Twigg, 37, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 3, 48 hours in jail and $600 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport July 23, dismissed.

    Ryan Grindle, 21, of Verona, failure to register a vehicle in Frankfort Aug. 8, $200 fine; violating condition of release in Frankfort Aug. 8, $200 fine.

    Cameron B. Philbrook, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 23, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; operating under the influence in Swanville Aug. 20, 30 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Swanville Aug. 20, 30 days in jail. .

    Derek D. Maxcy Sr., 36, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Oct. 24, dismissed.

    David W. Bearce, 33, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport Dec. 9, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport Dec. 9, $250 fine; driving to endanger in Winterport Dec. 9, dismissed.

    Wayne H. Bickford II, 33, of Montville, attaching false plates in Searsmont Nov. 25, $150 fine.

    Roger Johnson, 69, of Winterport, burning prohibited material in Winterport Dec. 27, $300 fine.

    Adam D. Ward, 36, of Waldo, false registration of deer in Waldo Oct. 28, $200 fine.

    Alicia R. Johnston, 23, of Stockton Springs, failure to register a vehicle in Prospect Dec. 7, dismissed; violating condition of release in Prospect Dec. 7, dismissed.

    Brian Seavey, 32, of Pittsfield, failing to attach deer tag to deer in Troy Nov. 14, $100 fine.
