    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Criminal Court Jan. 4-10.

    William W. Burrows, 24, of Jackson, probation violation in Knox June 25, 2015, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Eryn L. Porter, 42, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 10, 2015, three years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 12, 2016, 45 days in jail and $400 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast Aug. 12, 2016, 45 days in jail. 

    Kevin R. Scott, 48, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 9, 2015, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 14, 2015, one year in prison and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast May 18, 2016, one year in prison and $400 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast May 18, 2016, six months in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Aug. 12, 2016, six months in jail.

    Lucas A. Murdock, 40, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Jan. 27, 2016, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Winterport Jan. 27, 2016, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Winterport Feb.11, 2016, dismissed.

    Paul M. Lawrence, 46, of Brooks, driving to endanger in Brooks Sept. 3, 2016, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Brooks Sept. 3, 2016, dismissed.

    William R. Snow, 38, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of heroin in Palermo May 1, 2016, 35 days in jail and $400 fine.

    John H. Larrabee, 41, of Belmont, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belmont Nov. 27, 2016, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Belmont Nov. 27, 2016, dismissed.

    Zayne A. Snyder, 19, of San Antonio, Texas, driving to endanger in Brooks March 12, dismissed; criminal mischief (two counts) in Brooks March 12, both dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Brooks March 12, dismissed.

    Kelsie E. Cook, 26, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Thorndike April 4, dismissed.

    Joey A. Philbrook, 31, of Thorndike, operating after habitual offender revocation in Freedom May 4, 18 months in prison and $1,000 fine;  operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Oct 20, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Unity Oct. 20, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Troy Sept. 15, 18 months in prison and $1,000 fine; violating condition of release in Troy Sept. 15, seven days in jail.

    Norman A. Stacey, 62, of Jackson, operating under the influence in Jackson June 10, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Jesse J. Tyler, 36, of Abington, Mass., operating under the influence in Prospect Aug. 25, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Tyana A. Chadwick, 22, of Prospect, aggravated assault in Swanville Sept.26, dismissed; reckless conduct in Swanville Sept. 26, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Swanville Sept. 26, dismissed.

    Dylon Keller, 25, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 21, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Colby V. Houghton, 26, of Southwest Harbor, driving to endanger in Searsport Oct. 22, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport Oct. 22, dismissed.

    Caleb Roy, 25, of Burnham, criminal mischief in Burnham Sept. 11, seven days in jail.

    Jamie Knowles, 24, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 3, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Calvin Elwell, 32, of Rockland, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 12, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Ronald L. Yeaton, 35, of Swanville, assault in Northport Nov. 15, 30 days in jail and $300 fine.

    Jay C. Ditullio, 24, of Jackson, engaging in vehicle dealer business without license in Swanville Dec. 22, 2016, $1,000 fine; forgery in Swanville Dec. 8, 2016, dismissed.

    William W. Burrows, 24, of Jackson, operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Nov. 18, six months in jail and $1,000 fine.

    Adam F. Hauk, 29, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Sept. 22, $250 fine.

    Jason P. Wilkie, 31, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 28, $500 fine.

    Zakary C. Alderson, 22, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Searsmont Nov. 4, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Nov. 4, $250 fine.

    Timothy St. Thomas, 61, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Jan. 4, 10 days in jail and $300 fine; criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 4, 10 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Jan. 4, 10 days in jail.

    Pan Am Railways, of Waterville, failing to equip, maintain, or make rule to prevent fire in Burnham June 7, $300 fine.

    Jeremy A. Brochu, 34, of Islesboro, class I lobster and crab fishing without license in Islesboro Nov. 24, $100 fine.
