    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Oct. 27 - Nov. 7.

    Anthony J. Dipasquale, 46, of Searsmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsmont Aug. 2, dismissed.

    Jeremiah J. Gilkey, 24, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Sept. 16, $150 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Sept. 16, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 26, 24 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast Oct. 26, 24 hours in jail.

    Kirt Damon Jr., 28, of Stockton Springs, violating a protection from abuse order in Stockton Springs Oct 25, 48 hours in jail.

    Sarah Harvey, 41, of Thomaston, violating a protection from abuse order in Prospect Jan. 1, 2016, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Prospect Jan. 1, 2016, dismissed.

    Jeremy G. Elcox, 36, of Newport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Liberty Dec. 9, dismissed.

    Courtney Lane, 20, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast June 21, $200 fine.

    Joseph Burdette, 35, of Vassalboro, fishing without a valid license in Belfast July 2, $100 fine.

    Mark Fuller, 38, of Knox, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Knox July 24, four days in jail.  

    Danny Soucy, 28, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Northport Aug. 19, $200 fine and $160 restitution.

    Jolene Newton, 41, of Swanville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville Aug. 25, $200 fine.

    Michael F. Clark, 56, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Sept. 30, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.

    Jesse M. Raven, 26, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault in Unity Oct. 10, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Unity Oct. 10, dismissed; criminal mischief in Unity Oct. 10, dismissed.

    Daniel A. Sentell, 26, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Oct. 16, dismissed; criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Oct. 16, dismissed.

    Mariah J. Bishop, 26, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Sept. 28, $500 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Unity Sept. 28, $200 fine.

    Richard A. Cook, 47, of Waldo, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Sept. 15, $250 fine.

    Michael Moloney, 41, of Gardiner, failure to register a vehicle in Morrill Sept. 12, $150 fine.

    Steven Palmer, 34, of Northport, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Sept. 10, $150 fine.

    Hart Putnam, 18, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a gift deer in Knox Sept. 9, $300 fine; night hunting in Knox Sept. 9, dismissed.

    Michael L. Gray, 36, of Swanville, violating condition of release in Belfast Sept. 21, 24 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Swanville Nov. 1, 48 hours in jail.  

    Cameron C. Green, 26, of Hermon, operating a vehicle without license in Stockton Springs Sept. 19, $150 fine.

    Christopher R. Huber, 55, of Acton, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Sept. 8, $200 fine.

    Michael E. Kerr, 77, of Islesboro, passing a stopped school bus in Islesboro Sept. 19, $250 fine.

    Cristhian R. Zunigameza, 25, of Knox, driving to endanger in Knox Aug. 21, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating a vehicle without license in Knox Aug. 21, $250 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Knox Aug. 21, dismissed.

    Tammie J. Trimble, 47, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 17, $500 fine.

    Herbert C. Littlefield, 73, of Frankfort, attaching false plates in Belfast Aug. 5, $150 fine.

    Brittany M. Turner, 26, of Unity, criminal trespass in Unity Sept. 16, $200 fine.

    James  D. Francis, 31, of Belfast, littering in Belfast Oct. 4, $150 fine.

    Jason L. Smith, 48, of Monson, harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days (three counts) in Knox June 14, $250 fine for each count.

    Jacob M. Rose, 18, of Brooks, minor consuming liquor in Knox Sept. 22, $200 fine.

    Henderson’s Trucking, of Troy, rule violations (two counts) in Troy Sept. 15, $500 fine for each charge.
