    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Sept. 21 - Oct. 5.

    Daniel R. Kesmetis, 34, of Augusta, probation violation in Augusta April 3, 2015, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; violating conditions of release in Belfast June 10, 10 days in jail. .

    William W. Burrows, 23, of Lincolnville, probation violation in Knox June 25, 2015, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Feb. 4, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.

    Donovan O. Conary, 20, of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 9, 2016, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 24, 2016, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast May 5, 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast May 5, 48 hours in jail.  

    Jeremy Bennett, 28, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Aug. 3, 2016, $500 fine.

    Lawrence R. Caldwell, 50, probation violation in Knox Aug. 21, 2016, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Scott Holmes, 31, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Knox Nov. 26, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine.

    Lisa L. Paige, 51, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 14, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.

    Joseph B. Flynn, 35, of Camden, attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 5, five days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Feb. 5, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 5, five days in jail and $250 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast Feb. 5, dismissed.

    Andrea Crawford, 52, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Monroe Feb. 25, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    David R. Pattershall, 70, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence terrorizing in Stockton Springs March 12, nine months in jail with all but 17 days suspended and nine months of probation; aggravated assault in Stockton Springs March 12, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Stockton Springs March 12, dismissed.

    Jarret P. Fortin, violating a protection from abuse order in Jackson Feb. 7, $500 fine.

    Lucas P. Perrigo, 34, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast March 27, 364 days in jail with all but 57 days suspended and one year of probation; domestic violence assault in Belfast March 27, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast March 27, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast March 27, dismissed.

    Carroll F. Gifford Jr., 53, of Rockland, operating under the influence in Unity March 24, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Unity March 24, dismissed.

    Benjamin H. Spaulding, 31, of Winslow, operating under the influence in Belfast April 8, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast April 8, license suspended for 30 days and $750 fine.

    Michael W. Thompson, 39, of Lincolnville, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 17, one year in prison and $1,000 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast April 17, six months in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast April 17, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast April 17, dismissed.

    Kenneth Neild, Jr., 25, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 23, dismissed.

    James P. Sirois, 39, of Gardiner, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 22, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.

    Scott Mosher Sr., 49, of Waldo, operating an ATV under the influence in Montville April 29, 48 hours in jail and $750 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville April 29, dismissed.

    Constance Ethier, 48, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 4, five months in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast May 4, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast May 4, dismissed.

    Lawrence R. Caldwell, 50, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation in Knox Feb. 25, 30 months in prison with all but six months suspended, one year of probation, and $1,000 fine.

    Christopher Seidl, 21, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without license in Searsport April 3, dismissed.

    Richard A. Grant, 40, of Naples, domestic violence assault in Searsmont June 7, 364 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended and two years of probation; criminal mischief in Searsmont June 7, seven days in jail.

    John A. McCafferty, 27, of Searsmont, reckless conduct in Belfast April 22, $750 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast April 22, dismissed.

    Michael L. Gray, 36, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast June 16, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast June 16, 48 hours in jail.

    Jeffrey Stump, 38, of Swanville, aggravated assault in Swanville July 26, dismissed.

    Jason R. Bates, 22, of Lebanon, attaching false plates in Belfast Aug. 15, $100 fine.

    Amber M. Nayock, 29, of Troy, violating conditions of release in Troy Sept. 27, 48 hours in jail.

    Glenn W. Chapman, 54, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast Aug. 29, $50 fine.
