Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Sept. 22-28.

    Jade E. Cummings, 23, of Northport, probation violation in Swanville April 16, 2015, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Benjamin R. Young, 26, of Swanville, probation violation in Searsmont Jun 4, 2015, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Matthew A. Cox, 36, of Stockton Springs, criminal attempt in Searsport June 4, 2015, 364 days in jail and one year of probation.

    David P. Carlow, 27, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy Sept. 24, 2016, $250 fine and $110 restitution; criminal mischief (two counts)  in Troy Sept. 24, 2016, $250 fine for each count; criminal attempt in Troy Sept. 24, 2016, $250 fine and $30 restitution.

    Luke Ambrose, 36, of Hampden, domestic violence assault in Winterport Feb. 20, 14 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Winterport Feb. 20, dismissed; criminal mischief in WInterport Sept. 1, seven days in jail; violating conditions of release in Winterport Sept. 1, seven days in jail.

    Kari M. Drake, 39, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 24, 2016, two years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $14,730 restitution.

    Steven M. Harrington, 56, of Knox, operating under the influence in Knox July 9, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Louis Buttner, 63, of Thorndike, violating a protection from abuse order in Unity July 22, seven days in jail.

    Adam M. Chaples, 36, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Morrill July 19, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Morrill July 19, both dismissed.

    Matthew J. Cowette, 32, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity July 17, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $540 restitution; burglary in Unity Aug. 5, 45 days in jail with all suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity July 17, 45 days in jail with all suspended.

    Benjamin R. Young, 26, of Swanville, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast April 12, one year in prison with all suspended, one year of probation, and $500 restitution.

    Donald J. Knowlton, 26, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville July 20, seven days in jail and $600 fine.

    Christina Love, 34, of Nobleboro, operating under the influence in Palermo June 16, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.

    Amanda L. Thomas, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 10, $750 fine.

    Miranda A. Parsons, 24, of Lincolnville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Lincolnville July 17, $500 fine.

    Keri A. Candage, 26, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs July 28, $500 fine.

    Sarah Adolphsen, 26, of Morrill, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Aug. 19, dismissed.

    Shannon L. Small, 39, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 4, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport July 29, $500 fine.

    Christopher Poulin, 36, of Newport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Searsport Aug. 15, $500 fine.

    Arthur R. Gardiner Sr., 65, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Monroe Aug. 20, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; failure to register vehicle in Monroe Aug. 20, 48 hours in jail.

    Spencer W. McGarey, 47, of Unity, violating condition of release in Unity Aug. 6, $100 fine.

    Jason Rhodes, 40, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont July 14, $500 fine.

    Amanda R. Hartman, 29, of Monroe, attaching false plates (two counts) in Belfast (dates: Aug. 5 & 6), $200 fine for each charge.

    Casey R. Honnell, 21, of Eddington, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Searsport Aug. 4, $500 fine.

    Anthony Teabout,  48, of Warren, violating conditions of release in Belfast July 5, 30 days in jail.

    Jennifer E. Woodman, 34, of Bucksport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Aug. 17, $500 fine.

    Jonathan Boudreau, 43, of Clinton, fishing without a valid license in Unity May 18, $100 fine.

    Allan Vangen, 74, of Frankfort, trafficking in hypodermic apparatus in Searsport July 30, dismissed.

    James M. Johnson, 36, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Aug. 26, dismissed.

    Justin R. Raschack, 29, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast July 29, $100 fine.

    Austin Merando, 19, of Palermo, use of drug paraphernalia in Searsmont July 29, $300 fine; possession of marijuana by someone under 21 years of age in Searsmont July 29, dismissed.

    Richard I. Newman, 63, of Londonderry, N.H., operating without safety equipment in Palermo July 4, $100 fine.

    Kevin M. Geary, 53, of Lynnfield, Mass., operating without safety equipment in Palermo July 4, $100 fine.

    Robert G. Berschinski, 37, of Washington D.C., operating without safety equipment in Palermo July 4, $100 fine.

    Ranee Gallant, 52, of Frankfort, allowing a dog to be at large in Frankfort Aug. 30, $50 fine.

    Erik A. Ekberg, 21, of Westford, Mass., minor consuming liquor in Northport Aug. 23, dismissed.
