    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from July 7-13.

    Sarah C. Double, 27, of Hampden, criminal mischief in Searsport Sept. 18, 2015, 15 days in jail; burglary in Searsport Sept. 18, 2015, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Sept. 18, 2015, dismissed.

    Adam M. Damon, 27, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, 2015, 18 months in prison with all but 14 days suspended, two years or probation and $20,750 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Feb. 19, 2016, five days in jail; violating conditions of release in Searsport Feb. 19, 2016, five days in jail.  

    Sarah B.J. Chase, 20, of Burnham, probation violation in Burnham Jan. 8, 2016, four days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Zachary P. Magee, 30, of Gardiner, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 11, 2016, 364 days in prison with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 11, 2016, dismissed.

    Matthew A. Moulton, 37, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast April 9, 2016, dismissed.

    Ryan M. Beck, 41, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 30, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Jan. 30, dismissed; operating vehicle without license in Belfast Jan. 30, dismissed.

    Tina Spaulding, 34, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast March 27, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 10, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 10, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast April 10, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; criminal forfeiture of property in Belfast April 10, dismissed.

    Robert Franco, 41, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast April 11, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Dillon Oxton, 24, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast April 29, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Jill Schvartz, 44, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast April 30, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.

    Jason P. Wilkie, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 3, $500 fine.

    Justin Boyle, 25, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Swanville May 6, 48 hours in jail and $1,250 restitution.

    Julianna Shibles, 43, of Freedom, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Freedom May 10, $200 fine.

    Jesse L. Fuller, 35, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast March 11, $500 fine.

    Zachary H. Babin, 25, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Montville May 13, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Daniel W. Lyford, 27, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect May 18, $250 fine.

    Adam Carson, 28, of Unity, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Unity May 7, $250 fine.

    William Koch, 31, of Winterport, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Winterport April 19, $500 fine.

    William L. Rector, 70, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Knox May 30, 180 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Knox May 30, 48 hours in jail.

    Ethan Macomber, 20, of Unity, harassment in Brooks (two counts, dates: Feb. 13, March 16), both dismissed.

    Laurie A. Haynes, 41, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville March 26, dismissed.

    Dean E. Willis, 71, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast April 26, $100 fine.

    Taylor Lane, 24, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 10, $250 fine.

    Zachary Lunt, 19, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without license in Belmont May 6, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belmont May 6, $200 fine.

    Rebecca Huffman, 18, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Unity May 27, $250 fine.

    Jonathan Garland, 44, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy April 16, $750 fine.

    Trisha M. Donnarumma, 36, of Augusta, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Liberty May 28, $200 fine.

    Kendra Ryan, 21, of Frankfort, furnishing liquor to a minor in Belfast June 3, $500 fine.

    Jordan C. Hodges, 20, of Belmont, operating a vehicle without license in Searsport June 16, $150 fine.

    Sarah E. Stoltz, 22, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast April 6, $150 fine.

    Jacob D. Baker, 18, of Pittsfield, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Burham May 2, $750 fine.

    Sara L. Cashman, 35, of Brooks, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast May 5, $250 fine.

    Cody M. Witham, 20, of Hampden, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville May 13, $250 fine.

    Cheyenne L. Cassidy, 22, of Unity, attaching false plates in Liberty May 10, $200 fine.

    Edith A. Gawler, 29, of Belgrade, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsport April 16, $100 fine.

    Otto Proctor III, 46, of Rockland, engaging in activities while suspended in Searsport Jan. 20, $500 fine.

    Joshua Cunningham, 35, of Searsmont, fishing or taking shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs May 9, $500 fine.

    Simon Lacasse, 18, of Belfast, transportation of drugs by a minor in Swanville May 13, license suspended for 30 days and $200 fine.

    Brendon J. McKeen, 19, of Searsport, minor consuming liquor in Belfast June 3, $200 fine.

    Agnes H. Pate, 19, of Tacoma, Wash., minor consuming liquor in Unity May 13, $200 fine.

    Christie L. Mitchell, 42, of Troy, keeping an unlicensed dog in Troy June 3, $25 fine.

    Janet A. Blood, 44, of Troy, keeping an unlicensed dog (two counts) in Troy June 3, $25 fine for both; allowing a dog to be at large in Troy June 3, $50 fine.

    Nicholas Hanson, 32, of Troy, keeping an unlicensed dog (three counts) in Troy June 3, $25 fine for each count.
