    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Jan. 13-26.

    Scott A. Hall, 29, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast June 3, 72 hours in jail.

    Thomas Martin, 44, of Liberty, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Liberty Oct. 29, $200 fine.

    Sherry L. Peek, 44, of Prospect, operating without a license in Belfast Nov. 12, $150 fine.

    Angelo Forzetting, 60, of Lincolnville, abuse of property while hunting in Lincolnville Nov. 25, $100 fine.

    Larry H. Robbins, 41, of Appleton, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Nov. 19, $100 fine.

    Tyler A. Curry, 26, of Rockland, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 17, 14 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Lisa Reynolds, 49, of Unity, harassment by telephone in Unity June 22, dismissed.

    Nancy M. Snodgrass, 23, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 19, dismissed.

    Benjamin Spencer, 50, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport Aug. 26, dismissed; assault in Searsport Aug. 26, dismissed.

    Joshua A. True, 25, of Bangor, attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 9, 48 hours in jail.

    Raymond Pomeroy Jr., 31, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 25, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Robert L. Jackomino, 51, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence in Searsport Dec. 23, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Ty A.L. Bailey, 27, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without license in Searsport Nov. 15, $150 fine.

    Michael Hames, 24, of Ellsworth, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Nov. 18, dismissed; violating condition of release in Unity Nov. 18, $250 fine.

    Donald J. Martin, 60, of Alexandria, Va., failing to timely register a bear, deer, moose, or turkey in Freedom Nov. 23, $500 fine; hunting or possessing antlerless deer in Freedom Nov. 23, dismissed.

    Joseph Martin, 60, of Alexandria, Va., hunting deer after having killed one in Freedom Nov. 25, dismissed.

    Keith J. Black, 54, of Belfast, permitting unlawful use in Lincolnville Dec. 7, $200 fine.

    Jacob A. Moulton, 26, of Searsmont, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Searsmont Nov. 8, $250 fine.

    Michael J. Deans, 48, of Winterport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Swanville Nov. 28, $150 fine.

    Brandon Lacasse, 21, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Swanville NOv. 28, $150 fine.

    Rachel White, 24, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 25, $200 fine and $50 restitution.

    Lisa Lagzdins, 48, of Montville, failing to stop for an officer in Brooks Nov. 28, $250 fine.

    Gage Gagnon, 19, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 26, $250 fine.

    James D. Francis, 31, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Dec. 15, $250 fine; violating conditions of release in Knox Dec. 15, $250 fine.

    John J. Roman, 53, of Belfast, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Belfast Nov. 22, $150 fine.

    Charlene R. Robillard, 53, of Morrill, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast Nov. 25, $150 fine.

    Kevin J. Kinney, 25, of Knox, assault in Knox Dec. 9, 48 hours in jail and $300 fine; criminal mischief in Knox Dec. 9, 48 hours in jail.

    Ralph A. Lockhart Jr., 59, of Monroe, failing to produce a permit in Brooks Oct. 2, $50 fine.

    Dennis M. Ward, 71, of Belfast, keeping a dangerous dog in Belfast Sept. 12, dismissed.

    Billy J. Rancourt, 27, of Cushing, possession of a usable amount of marijuana up to. 1.25 oz in Belfast Nov. 6, $450 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Nov. 6, dismissed.
