    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Dec. 16 - Jan. 12.

    Harley L. Wyman III, 30, of Skowhegan, probation violation in Belfast April 29, 2014, 24 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Brando Robillard, 28, of Morrill, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast Oct. 3, dismissed.

    Dean E. Willis, 70, of Belfast, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Belfast Dec. 10, $250 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast Dec. 23, four days in jail.

    William D. Peaslee, 37, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Belfast Dec. 28, 48 hours in jail.

    Melinda J. Way, 39, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 18, 2015, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $3,504.11 restitution; probation violation in Belfast March 18, 2015, 12 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; operating a methamphetamine laboratory in Northport Jan. 15, 2016, 12 months in prison; violating condition of release in Northport Jan. 15, 2016, six months in jail.

    Joshua Cunningham, 34, of Searsmont, probation violation in Belfast May 6, 2015, probation partially revoked.

    Shannon M. White, 38, of Bangor, probation violation in Winterport Aug. 14, 2015, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Zachary D. Buckley, 28, of Freedom, driving to endanger in Freedom Nov. 1, 2015, dismissed.

    Ricky L. Robbins, 47, of Windsor, domestic violence assault in Searsport Feb. 7, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief in Searsport Feb. 7, 30 days in jail.

    Adam J. Rowe, 28, of Stonington, driving to endanger in Prospect Dec. 10, 2015, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Dec. 10, 2015, dismissed.

    Lucas A. Murdock, 39, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Feb. 11, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug in Belfast Feb. 11, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of a schedule W drug in Belfast Feb. 11, dismissed.

    Ronald Provencher, 46, of Prospect, operating under the influence in Belfast March 2, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast March 2, dismissed.

    Caitlyn Moore, 26, of Portland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity March 9, dismissed.

    Whitney Kelither, 19, of Augusta, failing to stop for an officer in Belmont May 3, dismissed.

    Michael J. Brochu, 53, of Manchester, fishing in a restricted area in Palermo April 9, $100 fine.

    Julian Lahdesmaki, 29, of Nashville, Tenn., operating under the influence in Belfast July 2, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast July 17, 8 hours in jail.

    Tiffany L. Eastman, 27, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Aug. 21, four years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Aug. 21, $500 fine; failure to register vehicle in Stockton Springs Aug. 21, dismissed.

    Heather Underhill, 29, of Union, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 2, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

    Mallorie J. Schaefer, 28, or Rockland, assault in Belfast July 30, four days in jail and $300 fine; assault in Belfast Nov. 28, four days in jail and $300 fine; aggravated assault in Belfast Nov. 28, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast Nov. 28.  

    Breanna M. McCluskey, 27, of Belfast, misuse of identification in Belfast Aug. 30, $200 fine and $157.24 restitution; theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Belfast Aug. 30, $200 fine.

    Michael R. Mortell, 54, of Monroe, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Monroe July 12, $250 fine.

    Robin L. Woodburn, 40, of Waldo, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Waldo Sept. 2, $500 fine.

    James Bobletz, 62, of Greenville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Burnham Aug. 26, $750 fine.

    Heath W. Prior, 32, of Cushing, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Nov. 17, five months in jail; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Nov. 17, five months in jail and $400 fine.

    Dustin E.     Brandon Armstrong, 23, of Searsmont, failure to register vehicle in Belfast Nov. 21, $150 fine.

    Alfred Charette, 29, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without license in Searsport Nov. 17, $250 fine.

    Robert G. Dutton, 74, of Morrill, criminal trespass in Morrill Nov. 4, $300 fine; abuse of property while hunting in Morrill Nov. 4, dismissed.

    Roger J. West, 38, of Palermo, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Palermo Jan. 2, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Palermo Jan. 2, dismissed.
