Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Dec. 2-8.

    Nehemias Umana, 32, of Bangor, domestic violence assault in Winterport Feb. 6, 60 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Winterport Feb. 6, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Winterport Feb. 6, seven days in jail.

    Ira H. Bailey, 34, of Northport, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Monroe March 10, 30 days in jail.

    Kyle J. Weeks, 27, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec. 14, 2015, 42 months in prison with all but six months suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec. 16, 2015, six months in jail and $400 fine.

    Christopher W. Miller, 36, of Prospect, operating under the influence in Frankfort May 19, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; violating condition of release in Prospect Aug. 14, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct (loud noise in a private place) in Prospect

    Christopher R. Pariseau, 45, of Brooks, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Brooks April 16, $250 fine; assault in Brooks April 16, dismissed.

    Jean Lacombe, 46, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Belfast May 2, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast May 2, dismissed.

    Christopher W. Cunningham, 29, of Frankfort, domestic violence terrorizing in Burnham July 17, dismissed.

    Robert Vellaro, 39, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport June 13, $250 fine.

    Danny Soucy, 27, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 27, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 4, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast Aug. 4, seven days in jail.

    Deanna M. Carfagno, 25, of Sangerville, assault in Belfast July 1, dismissed.

    Jacob S. Merithew, 24, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 27, license suspended for 150 days and $800 fine.

    Sean Cookson, 31, of Searsport, theft by deception in Unity July 23, dismissed.

    Kyle Wasiela, 27, of Thorndike, hunting birds with a shotgun (more than three shells) in Unity Oct. 1, $100 fine.

    James Mcalian, 40, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast Oct. 6, dismissed.

    Ricky H. Olson, 47, of Poland, fishing for or possessing fish taken during closed season in Palermo Oct. 8, $100 fine.

    Alan A. Smith, 59, of Waldoboro, fishing for or possessing fish taken during closed season in Palermo Oct. 1, $100 fine.

    Thomas M. Kunn, 20, of Hope, hunting migratory fowl without a permit in Searsmont Oct. 1, $100 fine.

    Jeffrey H. Hanson, 49, of Appleton, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Searsmont Sept. 30, $200 fine.
