    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Nov. 18 - Dec. 1. 

    Michael Langley, 37, of Wiscasset, terrorizing in Unity Sept. 7, 2015, 75 days in jail; reckless conduct in Unity Sept. 7, 2015, dismissed.

    Kayla L. McCauley, 21, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 11, dismissed.

    Kellie A. Howie, 22, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Dec. 14, dismissed.

    Tawnee L. Stoltz, 27, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Unity Feb. 5, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity Feb. 5, 48 hours in jail.

    Haden F. Campbell, 24, of Lincolnville, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast March 8, four days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 28, 2015, 90 days in jail with all but two days suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine.

    Christian D. Handel, 19, of Columbia, Conn., driving to endanger in Liberty March 14, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Liberty March 14, dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Liberty March 14, dismissed.

    Daniel H. Ackley, 64, of Searsport, terrorizing in Searsport March 10, dismissed.

    Carol M. Yee, 73, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast April 15, dismissed.

    Matthew W. Diko, 32, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Knox May 17, dismissed.

    Troy W. Oliver, 18, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Monroe June 17, dismissed.

    Bobbie Rushlow, 33, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 10, one year in prison with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation and $1,299.50 restitution; tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Belfast Sept. 24, dismissed.

    Randall L. Harford, 52, of Falmouth, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Belmont July 22, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation and $1,000 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont July 22, 30 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Robert Vellaro, 39, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport June 13, $250 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Northport June 13, dismissed.

    Levi F. Mason, 38, of Vassalboro, eluding an officer in Searsport July 29, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Searsport July 29, dismissed.

    Clarence Lawrence III, 38, of Belfast, assault in Stockton Springs July 1, four months in jail and $300 fine.

    Victor Amaro, 35, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 18, 20 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belfast Aug. 18, 20 days in jail.

    Ronald J. Travis Jr., 26, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Aug. 28, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 28, dismissed.

    Roscoe C. Witham, 29, of Hampden, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Swanville July 30, dismissed.

    Shaun W. Wheeler, 36, of Madison, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 21, $250 fine.

    Robert J. Bell, 54, of Islesboro, domestic violence terrorizing (two charges) in Islesboro Sept. 21, nine months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation for each charge; domestic violence assault in Islesboro Sept. 21, dismissed; violating a protection from abuse order in Islesboro Sept. 27, dismissed; violating condition of release in Islesboro Sept. 27.

    Lawrence R. Caldwell, 49, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation in Knox Aug. 21, nine months in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Paul M. Lawrence, 45, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Brooks Oct. 20, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Brooks Oct. 20, 48 hours in jail.

    Bryan Reimer, 35, of Rockland, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Oct. 26, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 26, dismissed.

    Kyle Wasiela, 27, of Thorndike, hunting birds with shotgun (more than three shells) in Unity Oct. 1, $100 fine.

    Thomas M. Kunn, 20, of Hope, hunting migratory waterfowl without a permit in Searsmont Oct. 1, $200 fine.

    Jeffrey H. Hanson, 49, of Appleton, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Searsmont Sept. 30, $200 fine.

    Gary J. York, 65, of Portland, unlawful cutting of trees in Waldo Feb. 23, dismissed.
