    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Oct. 1-13.

    Barbara Hartlett, 54, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 6, $400 fine.

    Seth M. Roberts, 22, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville July 12, 2015, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville July 12, 2015, dismissed.

    Amanda R. Holmes, 25, of Spartanburg, S.C., driving to endanger in Belfast July 24, 2015, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast July 24, 2015, dismissed.

    William E. Harries, 37, of Bangor, burglary in Winterport Aug. 14, 2015, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 14, 2015, six months in jail and $980 restitution; violating condition of release in Winterport Aug. 14, 2015, 30 days in jail.

    Sarah B.J. Chase, 19, of Burnham, probation violation in Burnham Jan. 8, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Brandi Littlefield, 28, of Belfast, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Feb. 9, six months in jail with all suspended, six months of probation and $400 fine; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Feb. 9, dismissed.

    Shawna Peckham, 34, of Lewiston, reckless conduct in Palermo May 25, $750 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo May 25, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo May 25, dismissed.

    Wayne A. Curtis, 28, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast June 6, three years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.

    Donna S. Whalen, 51, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast July 6, $200 fine; aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast July 6, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast July 6, dismissed.

    Wayne A. Stanhope, 39, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Frankfort July 17, $500 fine.

    Jack Bullock, 65, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Northport July 23, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Rodney G. Triplet, 62, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Belfast July 30, 15 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine.

    James D. St. Pierre, 26, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 15, $250 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast July 15, $300 fine.

    Clifford J. Dumont, 24, of Waterville, operating under the influence in  Belfast Aug. 18, license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine and $2,134.67 restitution.

    William Koch, 30, of Winterport, violating a protection from abuse order in Winterport Aug. 23, 72 hours in jail.

    Joshua Maloon, 30, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 15, 72 hours in jail and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Winterport July 15, 72 hours in jail.

    Michael S. Robbins, 47, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 27, seven days in jail and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 27, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 27, dismissed.

    Sandra R. Edgecomb, 69, of Liberty, assault in Liberty July 20, $300 fine.

    Arthur P.N. Eldredge, 26, of Pittsfield, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty July 20, $500 fine.

    William C. Ripley, 23, of Winterport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Aug. 27, $300 fine; disorderly conduct (fighting) in Belfast Aug. 27, dismissed.

    Kate Perkins, 39, of Unity, disorderly conduct (loud noise/private place) in Unity Aug. 30, $200 fine.
