    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Sept. 2-15.

    Frederick E. Lower, 45, of Bangor, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Aug. 2, $100 fine. 

    Nathan J. Mohrman, 35, of Dover, Del., disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Lincolnville Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief in Lincolnville Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail and $150 restitution.

    Michael A. Mitchell, 28, of Gresham, Ore., disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Lincolnville Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief in Lincolnville Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail and $150 restitution.

    Daniel L. Beeton Jr., 27, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast March 18, 2015, two years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation and $3,504.11 restitution; criminal mischief in Belfast Dec. 1, dismissed. 

    Taylor W. Plummer, 23, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville Jan. 5, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Lincolnville Jan. 5, dismissed. 

    Christopher D. Giggey, 39, of Unity, driving to endanger in Lincolnville Dec. 31, dismissed. 

    Andrew S. Palmer, 35, of Jackson, attaching false plates in Belfast Jan. 16, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 16, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 14, 90 days in jail and $120 restitution; violating conditions of release in Belfast March 14, 90 days in jail; burglary in Belfast March 14, dismissed. 

    Heidi A. Resh, 35, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 22, 90 days in jail with all suspended, six months of probation and $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Aug. 21, 2015, dismissed. 

    Gregory J. Bean, 35, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 17, 2015, 90 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Aug. 17, 2015, dismissed.

    Noah Mushero, 31, of Bradley, domestic violence assault in Frankfort May 14, nine months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

    Alden T. Leach, 53, of West Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont May 4, $500 fine. 

    Joshua A. Neal, 32, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Belfast June 18, $500 fine; aggravated assault in Belfast June 18, dismissed. 

    James A. Thibodeau, 56, of Falmouth, driving to endanger in Belfast April 28, dismissed. 

    Ronald L. Yeaton, 33, of Northport, domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks July 8, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief in Brooks July 8, 30 days in jail and $210 restitution; obstructing the report of a crime in Brooks July 8, 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Brooks July 8, dismissed. 

    Anthony R. Allen, 24, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 16, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Steven R. Mathis, 27, of Morrill, criminal mischief in Montville July 23, 30 days in jail; criminal trespass in Montville July 23, 30 days in jail; burglary in Montville July 23, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Kristi L. Abbott, 31, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Swanville July 28, nine months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Swanville July 28, 10 days in jail; violating conditions of release July 28, 10 days in jail; driving to endanger in Swanville July 28, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Swanville July 28, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville July 28, dismissed.

    Nicolas J. Feugill, 24, of Belfast, domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast May 10, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast May 10, 40 days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast May 10, 40 days in jail. 

    Richard Wentworth, 27, of Winterport, disorderly conduct (loud noise) in Frankfort Aug. 4, $500 fine.

    Josiah Bernardo, 20, of Hope, operating under the influence in Searsmont Aug. 9, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Christian M. Reid, 21, of Palermo, failure to register a vehicle in Searsmont July 6, $150 fine. 

    Commercial Paving Inc., operating without registration/reciprocity in Belfast July 19, $250 fine; failure to obtain fuel use decal in Belfast July 19, $250 fine. 

    Edward R. Mylen III, 36, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Monroe Aug. 3, dismissed. 

    Ashley Ashby, 27, of Morrill, operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe Aug. 3, $250 fine. 

    Natasha E. Levin, 31, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 15, $250 fine. 

    Dallas Hatch, 32, of Liberty, criminal trespass in Searsmont July 27, $250 fine; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Searsmont July 27, dismissed. 

    Kieran Shell, 19, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license in Belfast Aug. 25, $300 fine; displaying a revoked/mutilated/fictitious/altered license/identification card in Belfast Aug. 25, dismissed. 

    Casey L. White, 21, of Dixmont, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Jan. 26, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Jan. 26, dismissed. 

    Raymond A. Stover, 30, of Belfast, operating an ATV on a public way in Belfast June 7, $100 fine. 

    Rita S. Montana, 67, of Burnham, cruelty to animals in Burnham June 10, $500 fine. 

    William R. Johnson, 33, of Stockton Springs, allowing a dog to be at large in Stockton Springs Aug. 4, $50 fine.
