Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from June 25 - July 8.

    Ralph Spencer III, 31, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport March 16, 2015, dismissed.

    Blaine B. Black, 18, of Morrill, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Waldo March 30, 2015, dismissed.

    Benjamin R. Young, 25, of Swanville, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Searsmont June 4, 2015, 62 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    John P. Fox, 22, of Unity, driving to endanger in Unity April 3, 2015, dismissed.

    Sara Devine, 38, of Hampden, operating under the influence in Frankfort Nov. 20, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Margot Hayes, 47, of Montville, cultivating marijuana in Montville Aug. 18, $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Montville Aug. 18, dismissed.

    Ryan St. Clair, 22, of Liberty, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Waldo Oct. 23, dismissed.

    Scott Brockelbank, 52, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec. 14, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec (two charges). 16, six months in jail and $400 fine for both charge).

    Matthew A. Shaw, 20, of Hartland, burglary in Burnham Jan. 8, 12 months in prison, robbery in Burnham Jan. 8, 18 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham Jan. 8, 12 months in prison and  $1,028.77 restitution.

    Jeffrey J. Harvey, 55, of Palmyra, operating under the influence in Thorndike Jan. 27, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike Jan. 27, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.

    Joel R. Stone, 37, of Holden, operating under the influence in Searsport April 27, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    William G. Lemar Jr., 53, of Lincolnville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville March 22, $400 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Lincolnville March 22, dismissed.

    Andrea Walsh, 44, of Swanville, failure to register vehicle in Belfast April 14. $150 fine.

    Brian H. Boody, 34, of Unity, operating under the influence in Belfast April 30, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Cory Rivard, 41, of Newport, Vt., operating under the influence in Belfast April 28, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Dana Berry, 66, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Searsmont May 3, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Apolonia G. Aguirre, 26, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast May 23, 48 hours in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast May 23, 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Stockton Springs June 23, 15 days in jail; assault in Stockton Springs June 23, dismissed.

    Raymond M. Hurley, 47, of Newburgh, operating a defective vehicle in Troy March 15, $150 fine.

    Ryan A. Smart, 36, of Northport, operating under the influence in Northport April 25, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Christopher M. Seekins, 23, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Belfast April 7, $150 fine.

    Heidi Stevens, 32, of Princeton, elver fishing by resident one device without license in Searsport March 29, $2,000 fine.

    Tyson Marr, 23, of Belfast, assault in Belfast June 19, $400 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast June 19, dismissed.

    Anthony J. DiFerio, 23, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast May 18, $100 fine.

    Meredith A. Lyon, 42, of Lincolnville, failure to register vehicle in Lincolnville May 8, $100 fine.

    Dale A. Haskins, 18, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Swanville May 24, $300 fine; failure to register vehicle in Swanville May 24, dismissed.

    Chase R. McIntire, 19, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast May 17, $150 fine and $100 restitution.

    Valerie Fargo, 44, of Belfast, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast May 27, $200 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast May 27, $200 fine.

    Tyler Muzzy, 32, of Bangor, failure to register vehicle in Belfast May 18, $150 fine.

    Hugh A. Pomeroy, 40, of Swanville, failure to register vehicle in Searsport June 4, $150 fine.

    Kayla M. Allen, 26, of Penobscot, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity June 4, $600 fine.

    Elizabeth Shell, 54, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle in Belfast June 4, dismissed.

    Ty Michael Sr., 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 7, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Melinda J. Way, 38, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport March 18, 2015, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation and $3,504.11 restitution; forgery in Belfast March 18, 2015, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport Aug. 23, seven days in jail and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Northport Aug. 23, 2015, seven days in jail.
