Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Criminal Docket Nov. 6-19.

    The Unified Criminal Docket is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the district and superior courts by reducing the number of court.

    Hendrick E. Andrews, 19, of Auburn, aggravated assault in Searsmont July 25, dismissed.

    Joel D. Blemaster, 40, of Hope, failure to register a vehicle in Montville Sept. 2, $100 fine.

    Elisabeth Bormet, 33, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Sept. 8, $500 fine.

    Carlos Castro, 41, of Freedom, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph above posted limit in Belfast Aug. 2, $750 fine.

    Michael F. Clark, 54, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 18, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Mario Contreras, 26, of Newburgh, criminal mischief in Belfast Sept. 25, $200 fine.

    Jade E. Cummings, 21, of Northport, violating condition of release in Northport Oct. 28, ten days in jail.

    Joshua Davis, 28, of Palermo, burglary (six counts) in Palermo Sept. 9, 2014, Sept. 17, 2014, and Nov. 15, 2014, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation for each count; criminal mischief (six counts) in Palermo Nov. 15, 2014, 30 days in jail for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts) in Palermo Sept. 9, 2014, Sept 17. 2014, and Nov. 15, 2014, 30 days in jail for each count; criminal trespass (two counts) in Palermo Nov. 15, 2014, 30 days in jail.

    Tamera R. Doliber, 44, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 8, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine.

    Joseph O. Dorval, 32, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Sept. 4, $100 fine.

    Henry O. Dudley III, 34, of Cushing, misuse of identification in Frankfort May 1, 2014, 72 hours in jail and $1,051.60 in restitution.

    Elizabeth Duecaster, 31, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Sept. 18, $250 fine.

    Byrlynne D. Ellis, 36, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Nov. 10, 15 days in jail.

    Eric S. Ellis, 27, of Belfast, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Sept. 26, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Sept. 26, $300 fine.

    Zachary W. Fields, 23, of Lincolnville, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Islesboro Sept. 17, $100 fine.

    Thomas D. Fish, 50, of Union, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 19, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Paul F. Flagg, 57, of Brooks, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Oct. 4, $350 fine.

    Courtney Gibbs, 21, of Searsmont, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Stockton Springs Aug. 28,, $350 fine.

    Nicholas Hart, 29, of Prospect, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Sept. 5, 90 days in jail.

    Charles R. Henry, 26, of Morrill, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belmont April 14, 36 months in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Brooks July 13, 48 hours in jail; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Brooks July 13, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia in Brooks July 13, dismissed.

    Alexander N. Hogan, 19, of Searsport, minor consuming liquor in Belfast Sept. 26, $200 fine.

    Julie A. Howard, 55, of Searsport, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Oct. 11, $100 fine.

    Stephen F. Jacobs, 36, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 26, dismissed.

    Nicolas J. Jewell, 19, of Belfast, use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Sept. 26, $300 fine.

    Frank L. Johnson, 50, of Stockton Springs, allowing a dog to be at large (two counts) in Stockton Springs April 24, dismissed; keeping a dangerous dog in Stockton Springs April 24, $500 fine; keeping a dangerous dog in Stockton Springs April 24, dismissed.

    Pamela J. Johnson, 49, of Stockton Springs, allowing a dog to be at large (two counts) in Stockton Springs April 24, both dismissed; keeping a dangerous dog (two counts) in Stockton Springs April 24, both dismissed.

    Stephen P. McFadden, 46, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Swanville May 16, ten days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Swanville May 16, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville May 16, 48 hours in jail and $500 fine.

    Nicholas McKeage, 19, of Grand Rapids, Mich., operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Swanville Aug. 19, $250 fine.

    Robert McKinney, 20, of Belfast, operating without a license in Belmont Sept. 18, 48 hours in jail; failure to register a vehicle in Belmont Sept. 18, 48 hours in jail.

    Margaret K. Morang, 64, of Burnham, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast June 11, dismissed.

    Zachary B. Phair, 21, of Searsport, attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 27, $150 fine.

    Paul Rogers, 29, of Jackson, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Freedom Aug. 1, five days in jail and $400 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Freedom Aug. 4, $350 fine.

    Rebecca C. Rogers, 26, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks April 13, two years in prison, all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast April 15, both dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast Oct. 23, dismissed.

    Michael Roman, 29, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Morrill Sept. 16, $200 fine.

    Debra C. Wood, 58, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Searsport Sept. 27, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
