Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Criminal Docket from June 11-25. The Unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the district and superior courts by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Ira H. Bailey, 32, of Northport, terrorizing in Belfast April 12, 14 days in jail; assault in Belfast April 12, 14 days in jail and $300 fine.

    Patrick Devaney, 24, of Troy, operating under the influence in Thorndike March 28, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine.

    Byrlynne D. Ellis, 36, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Belfast June 13, seven days in jail.

    Brian M. Hybers, 23, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast June 14, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast June 14, $350 fine.

    Janessa E. Moulton, 25, of Searsport, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Feb. 5, 14 days in jail and $228.76 in restitution.

    Mary Norwood, 43, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 2, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast May 15, dismissed.

    Unique S. Peters, 40, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Belfast June 11, 48 hours in jail; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast May 24, dismissed.

    Ricky Pomeroy, 53, of Searsmont, violating condition of release in Belfast June 11, 48 hours in jail.

    Sarah J. Roberts, 26, of Belmont, violating conditions of release in Belfast March 28, 30 days in jail.

    Skye L. Stewart, 31, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport April 1, dismissed.

    Jordan A. Young, 22, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Belfast April 5, dismissed.
