Waldo County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 12-21.

    Tiffany M. White, 29, of Rockport, reckless conduct in Belfast Feb. 19, 2017, dismissed.

    Jesse Dodge, 36, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville July 14, 48 hours in jail and $500 fine.

    Douglas L. Joudrie, 63, of Belfast, taking, transporting, selling, or possessing an egg-bearing lobster in Belfast Nov. 25, $1,000 fine.

    Philip J. Dulude, 59, of Swanville, criminal trespass in Belfast March 5, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast June 12, seven days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast June 12, seven days in jail.  

    Peter W. Judkins Jr., 40, of Corinna, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Troy March 13, seven days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening in Troy March 13, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Troy March 13, dismissed.

    Robert M. Heintz, 67, of Thorndike, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 9, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

    Unique S. Peters, 43, of Belfast, assault in Belfast July 25, three days in jail and $300 fine.

    Ronald W. Harford II, 46, of Belmont, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast April 15, $100 fine.

    Aaron Miller, 28, of Benton, criminal trespass in Belfast June 13, 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast June 13, 48 hours in jail.

    William Riley, 30, of Winterport, violating condition of release in Winterport June 18, 48 hours in jail.

    Joshua R. Miller, 46, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast April 23, $50 fine.
