    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 6-12.

    Christopher Giggie, 26, of Stockton Springs, driving to endanger in Belfast June 10, 2015, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; aggravated driving to endanger in Belfast June 10, 2015, dismissed.

    Elizabeth M. Kilby, 37, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 23, 2015, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 22, $400 fine; unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast July 22, dismissed.  

    Samuel T. Cantlin, 30, of Lincolnville, illegal possession of a firearm in Lincolnville Aug. 31, 2016, dismissed.

    Anthony Braley, 34, of Troy, domestic violence assault in Troy Sept. 12, 2016, dismissed; obstructing the report of a  crime in Troy Sept. 12, 2016, dismissed.

    Trisha L. McPherson, 48, of Thorndike, driving to endanger in Thorndike Dec. 7, 2016, license suspended for 30 days and $700 fine; operating under the influence in Thorndike Dec. 7, 2016, dismissed.

    Benjamin Rogers, 21, of Liberty, violating a protection from abuse order in Waldo Jan. 8, 2017, dismissed.

    Lucas P. Perrigo, 34, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast March 27, 2017, seven months in jail and probation partially revoked; criminal mischief in Belfast Dec. 24, 30 days in jail.

    Carsten Geisel, 35, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport April 4, 2017, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Winterport April 4, 2017, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport May 4, 2017, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Winterport May 4, 2017, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Dec. 27, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect March 22, dismissed.

    Casey Philbrook, 30, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort July 4, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Frankfort July 4, dismissed.

    Charles D. Michaud, 53, of Bangor, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Prospect April 5, 2017, dismissed.

    Sarah A. Childs, 35, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 28, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.

    James D. Poirier, 51, of Augusta, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 1, 14 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended and $700 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Belfast Feb. 1, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Feb. 1, 14 days in jail.

    Craig Luce, 42, of Lincolnville, discharging a firearm or crossbow near a dwelling in Lincolnville Nov. 18, $300 fine.

    Robert E. Morgan, 50, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville Jan. 7, $500 fine.

    Thomas A. Thomas II, 42, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Feb. 18, $250 fine.

    Terri D. Fuller, 35, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 24, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 24, $500 fine.

    Stephen P. McFadden, 48, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Feb. 1, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Swanville Feb. 1, $200 fine.

    Troy E. Bryant, 42, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 24, $500 fine.

    Nathaniel J. Cherry, 20, of Hudson, operating a vehicle without a license in Winterport March 1, $200 fine.  

    Christopher Harris, 33, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Nov. 30, $250 fine and $156.88 restitution.

    Nichole J.D. Hughes, 21, of Waldo, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 2, $200 fine.

    Diane E. Hutchinson, 48, of Palermo, failure to register a vehicle in Palermo Feb. 17, $150 fine.

    Dean E. Willis, 71, of Belfast, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Belfast April 4, 48 hours in jail.

    Dustin A. Hodgdon, 31, of Unity, operating an unregistered snowmobile in Unity Feb. 19, $100 fine.
