    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 27 - April 6.

    Benjamin R. Young, 27, of Swanville, probation violation in Searsmont June 4, 2015, nine months in jail and probation revoked.

    Ryan S. Hodgkin, 40, of Standish, negotiating a worthless instrument in Liberty June 12, 2015, $100 fine.

    Emmy Jo Paquette, 35, of Swanville, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 16, 2015, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Misty Finley, 37, of South China, operating a vehicle without a license in Palermo Sept. 12, 2016, $150 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo Sept. 12, 2016, dismissed.

    Jeremy M. Taylor, 27, of Dover Foxcroft, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 20, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 80 days suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 20, 2016, dismissed.

    Frank Paige Jr., 47, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Oct. 31, $250 fine.

    Douglas Hardy, 38, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Jan. 11, $500 fine.

    Jesse C. Newton, 30, of Newport, terrorizing in Waldo June 1, 2016, 30 days in jail.

    Glenn Reed, 70, of Searsmont, unlawful sexual touching in Searsmont Nov. 1, 2016, 364 days in prison; unlawful sexual touching in Searsport Feb. 22, 2017, 364 days in jail; unlawful sexual contact in Searsmont Nov. 1, 2016, dismissed; assault in Searsmont Nov. 1, 2016, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Morrill Feb. 22, 2017, dismissed.

    Roland Ladd, 48, of Brooks, illegal possession of a firearm in Brooks July 15, 90 days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening in Brooks July 15, dismissed.

    Jeffrey A. Gordon, 55, of Brewer, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs July 2, 364 days in jail with all but 65 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Ginger L. Hegstrom,  36, of Thorndike, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Aug. 11, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.

    Richard Robbins, 50, of Deer Isle, domestic violence criminal threatening in Searsmont Nov. 23, dismissed.

    Brent Waterman, 22, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 1, dismissed.

    Michael Flagg, 23, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Nov. 9, $500 fine.

    Paul J. Zittle III, domestic violence assault in Northport Dec. 16, nine months in jail; aggravated criminal mischief in Northport Dec. 16, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation and $1,585 restitution; obstructing the report of a crime in Northport Dec. 16, six months in jail; disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place) in Northport Dec. 16, six months in jail.

    David L. McCarty, 36, of Nobleboro, failure to register a vehicle in Northport Feb. 4, $100 fine.

    Elisabeth M. Bormet, 35, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 2, $500 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 2, dismissed.

    Justin P. Flaherty, 44, of Stockton Springs, violation of shellstock harvesting rule (chapter nine) in Belfast April 11, 2017, $150 fine; commercial shellfishing without a license in Belfast April 11, $316 fine.
