CAMDEN — Sewer and water work on portion of Main Street in downtown Camden, in front of Boynton and McKay Food Co., will likely impact traffic and parking Tuesday through Thursday, April 21-24.

Beginning at approximately 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, contractors will be performing work at 30 Main St. That work will be confined to the sidewalk, and up to four parking space in front of Boynton and McKay through Wednesday afternoon. At 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, the work will move into the street.

“The contractor expects to be able to maintain two lanes of traffic at all times during the project, but to do this parking on Main Street will at times be limited,” said Camden Wastewater Superintendent Ross Parker Friday afternoon.

The work is expected to wrap up by Thursday, April 24.
