SEARSPORT — Thurlow “Ted” B. Ward, 64, of Searsport, went to be with the Lord on April 10, 2018.  He was born on April 2, 1954.  He was predeceased by his dad, George B. Ward; mother in law and father in law, Claire and Gertrude Bagley and brother in law Jeffrey Bagley. 

 

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Ward; his wife, Faye Ward; sons Jeramy Ward, Adam and Jennifer Ward, and five grandchildren, Raigen Ward, Parker Johnson, Ryker and Arianna Evans and Ellie Mae Stone; his sisters Valerie and Richard Fongeallaz, Vanessa and John Moran, Yvonne and Jeff Beals, Lavern Ward, Belinda and Butch Greenleaf; his brothers, George and Lori Ward and Terence Ward; sister-in-law Judy Fenwick; many nieces and nephews; all his New York family and special little friends, Jacob and Diego. 

 

Ted was a Marine, a trucker and Ward Boys owner. He loved spending time with his family, hunting and the car races and Louden.  He had a special place in many children's hearts who called him Grampa Ted.  

 

There will be a graveside service at the Smart Cemetery, Belfast, on June 9, 2018 at 1 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sussman House, 50 Anchor Drive, Rockport, ME 04856.  Memories and condolences may be shared at www.ripostafh.com.
