BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 14 indictments Nov. 15-16. An indictment does not imply guilt.

Astin Merry, 32, of Searsport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast Oct. 19.

Brandi P. Nickerson, 34, of Frankfort, criminal operating under the influence in Waldo Sept. 25; operating beyond license condition or restriction in Waldo Sept. 25.

Timothy P. Ricker, 34, of Liberty, operating after revocation in Searsmont Sept. 1; eluding an officer in Searsmont Sept. 1; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Searsmont Sept. 1; criminal operating under the influence in Searsmont Sept. 1; driving to endanger in Searsmont Sept. 1.

Roland S. Ladd, 47, of Brooks, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Brooks July 15; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Brooks July 15.

Adam J. Flood, 35, of Searsmont, gross sexual assault in Searsmont Oct. 1; domestic violence assault in Searsmont Oct. 1; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsmont Oct. 1.

Cameron B. Philbrook, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 23.
