Thank you to Camden Hills Regional High School boys soccer team for supporting Camden food pantry

Thanks to the Camden Hills Regional High School boys soccer team for their hard work on the field and helping others in need. With great support and direction from Coach Ryan Hurley, the team collected 223 pounds of food at their home games for the Camden Area Christian Food Pantry. Additionally, they mounted a very successful can drive for the Pantry this year.

The students and athletes at the Camden Regional High School have a long history of helping others in need and supporting their community in so many ways. We are proud of them and very grateful for their service and contributions to the food pantry and our towns.

The need here in Maine is both great and surprising. The Camden Area Food Pantry, with volunteers from the community and several local churches in and around Camden, is pleased to be able to help eight local towns with food items that make a difference in their lives and their children’s health.

Thank you,

Camden Area Christian Food Pantry Board of Directors: Alex Arau, Jane Bennett, George Benson, Max Black, Tom Crowley, Sharon Danforth, Jan Dolcater, Ashley Hunt, Pauline Johnstone, Don Moody, Gayle Palmer, Faith Vauto
