BELFAST — Stephen Allen, 81, of Belfast, passed away Feb. 14, 2015, at Togus.

A celebration of Stephen's life will be held Saturday, March 28 at 11 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Belfast, 37 Miller St. in Belfast.
