Searsport Police beat: theft, speeding, dog at large

    SEARSPORT — The Searsport Police Department reported the following activity Dec. 27 - Jan. 24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Dec. 28

    Irl K. Grady Lubahn, 29, of Auburn, was issued summonses or an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on West Main Street.

    Kenneth Neild, 25, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.

    Dec. 31

    Keith E. Chase, 60, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Main Street.

    Jan. 11

    Douglas Hardy, 38, of Searsport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street.

    Jan. 21

    Donna Marie Mcallister, 64, of Deer Isle, was issued a summons for speeding 47 mph in a 25 mph zone on West Main Street.

    Jan. 24

    Jeremy M. Trufant, 35, of Portland, was issued a summons for following too closely on East Main Street.

    Jan. 27

    David E. Connors, 61, of Searsport, was issued a summons for having a dog at large. He was also issued a summons for the same offense Jan. 14.
