ROCKLAND — Jump, dance and play while learning about healthy and wholesome life choices at Rockland Public Library. Moms, dads, kids of all ages: all are welcome and bring your dancing shoes.

Classes will run on three Saturday mornings, July 16, 23 and 30, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., and are led by the staff of 5-2-1-0 Let's Go! through Knox County Community Health and Wellness Center.
