WALDOBORO — Sandra J. LaFlamme, 75, died November 5, 2015 at Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta. She was born June 16, 1940 in Beloit, Wis., a daughter of Sylvia Anderson and Elmer Paulson.

She grew up and lived in Wisconsin for many years. She was a graduate of The Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.

She was a nurse for several years in Chicago and Florida. Her greatest mission in life was to serve the Lord and help people in need. She was very active with several church groups, including Teen Challenge, a mission to help teens in need, children's ministry and bible studies. She was a member of the Orff's Corner Community Church in Waldoboro.

She moved to Maine, and married Ray Thompson. They lived between Florida and Maine for many years until Ray died. She met Edward LaFlamme in church in Florida and they got married and retired to Maine. She was predeceased by an infant son, William A. Everett.

She is survived by her husband, Edward LaFlamme of Waldoboro; hers sons, Larry Everett of Ohio and Edward Everett of Venice, Fla.; her daughter, Theresa Patterson of Venice, Fla.; and several grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate Sandra's life will be held at the Orff's Corner Community in Waldoboro in a later date to be announced.
